I love creating and learning new ways to do tasks. 

My goal here 
will be to create the application 
called lights.


Let me explain what lights does.  It pinpoints the problematic issues in your company.  It then tries to solve them.  It has professionals offer you advice, and then it promotes growth within your company.

Example:

Example 1: What if you had an employee who was working extremely hard for you, but you are a manager or 100s, there would be a difficulty in recognizing and rewarding such an employee unless you had lights.

Example 2:  What if you had a company where nothing got done, but there was always chaos.  Would you like to know how to fix?


Lets face it...  A great company is only valued at its best employees.
